
Lee Watson is a graduate of the University of Windsor (BMus, Vocal Performance) and holds an ARCT Performance Diploma in Voice from the Royal Conservatory of Music, as well as a Master of Theology from Tyndale University. A dedicated music educator for more than 25 years, Lee is a certified RCM teacher and the owner of a thriving private studio, where she teaches over 60 students weekly from around the world.
Specializing in vocal health, Lee provides vocal coaching that helps singers develop both artistry and sustainable technique. She is also an experienced voice adjudicator at music festivals and competitions. Lee is the Past President of the Windsor-Essex County Branch of the Ontario Registered Music Teachers' Association (ORMTA), and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Windsor Symphony Orchestra and as Chair of the Artistic Advisory Committee. In 2024, she received ORMTA's OCTA Award for Music Education and Exemplary Leadership.
Lee is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing and has contributed to projects including Stratford's Magical Musical Stories and is a featured teacher in the RCM Online Teaching Course.
