
Amy Hall is from Brantford, Ontario, where she has been sharing her love of music through teaching, mentoring, and leading worship for 20+ years.
Amy holds a Bacherlor of Music Education from Western University, where she studied with Gwen Beamish. Most recently, she completed her certifications for Advanced Specialist in piano and Intermediate Specialist in theory through the Royal Conservatory of Music. Her passion for music has led her to work in various capacities in her community and church as well.
As a music educator, Amy maintains an active home studio of private piano and theory students. Many of her students have completed RCM examinations and received awards for their performances in local festivals and competitions. She has also been involved in mentoring young musicians through her work with the Ontario Registered Music Teachers' Association (ORMTA) Brantford Branch, where she is currently serving as Branch President. She also played a role in creating the Brant Music Festival, where she served as secretary/bookkeeper for four years.
Amy has travelled with the African Children's Choir as music director, taught elementary music at Brantford Christian School, served in the capacity of music director at Pleasant Valley Church for ten years, and is now active in leading and mentoring a youth music team at Mission City Bible Church as well as singing and playing piano on the adult music teams.
In her spare time, Amy can be found enjoying life with her husband and daughters, as well as reading, crocheting, and sipping chai lattés.
